The Elder Law Office of John C. Surabian has a variety of both full and part time staff members who are always available to our clients to help with their needs.

John C. Surabian, Esq., C.P.A.
John Surabian is an Attorney and Certified Public Accountant, having received a degree in accounting from Saint Anselm College, Masters in Accountancy from Bentley University, and a law degree from Massachusetts School of Law.
John began working under the tutelage of his father in 2016. Having passed the bar exam in 2019, John began to assist with, and eventually assume the operation of the firm in the ensuing years.
John specializes in filing of individual and fiduciary tax returns during tax season as well as managing the firm's estate planning and real estate services year round.

Jacob W. Surabian
Jacob Surabian is is a full time paralegal who is also working part time to complete his associate's degree in paralegal studies at North Shore Community College. Jacob joined the firm in 2018, and assists in all aspects of the business.

Matthew J. Badagliacca
Matthew joined the firm in January of 2023 as a Legal Assistant and was promoted to Paralegal in August of 2023. Matthew works full time in addition to taking night classes at New England School of Law. Matthew assists in all aspects of the business, focusing estate planning, Medicaid assistance, real estate, and probate filings

Ronald H. Surabian, LL.M.
Ronald Surabian is an Attorney who received a degree in accounting from Bentley College, Masters in Accounting from the University of South Carolina, law degree from New England Law and Masters in tax law from Boston University.
Ronald retired from full time work in 2022 but continues to leave his mark on the firm, by providing both guidance to the current staff and legal work on a limited basis.
